On Saturday there is a monthly calendar of parties which includes "35 South", every first Saturday. This is an erotic party for couples and single girls under 35, no single men allowed. Every second Saturday The Hellfire Club Party is based on the erotic movie "Eyes Wide Shut", dress sophisticated and wear masks until midnight. Every third Saturday is their "SDC South" Party for members of the international website SDC; couples and single females only, no single men. Quarterly they host the Fantasya Fiesta Party, an amazing Latin-flavoured erotic party featuring music from Salsa to Latin house.

The F Club also hosts parties and events for the fetish scene. Every last Saturday "The Fetish Club" Party is open to all on the kinkier crowd, couples and singles.
